If you need to return a product ordered through BuyEriez.com, please review the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain an RGA, please email our Aftermarket Team at jmackowski@eriez.com prior to shipping the product back.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and return freight must be prepaid by the customer. Unless prior approval from Eriez
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Unless prior approval from Eriez
- Eriez is not responsible for any returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.
Special Handling for Magnets
- Magnets must be returned in their original corrugated or wood box, using the original foam or equivalent barrier to prevent attraction to metal surfaces.
- Returns in padded or standard envelopes will not be accepted.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or contamination with process materials will not be accepted.
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
