Pull Test Kits

Eriez has developed Pull Test Kits that will help you monitor the efficiency of your magnetic separator as a part of your Quality Assurance or HACCP Programs by measuring the holding force of a magnet.

The kits include a variety of test pieces and spacers to measure your specific magnet’s consistency in performance over time, with everything enclosed in a convenient carrying case.

We offer two different Pull Test Kit options, one with a mechanical scale and one with a digital scale with traceable calibration certification.  The kit with a digital scale is recommended for customers in the food or pharmaceutical industries that require calibrated scale certification for auditing purposes. The Digital Scale and Digital Scale Kit are NIST Certifiable by your local scale company.
